Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fightlifestyle.com (the "Site") and your purchase of private training sessions and merchandise from Logan Thompson, doing business as Fight Lifestyle Kickboxing ("we," "us," or "Trainer"). By booking a session, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services
We provide private, one-on-one kickboxing and boxing training sessions at our home training studio in South Orange, New Jersey, and sell branded apparel and merchandise through the Site's Shop.

2. Eligibility — Adults Only
Our Training is currently offered only to adults 18 years of age or older. We do not accept or train participants under the age of 18.

3. Booking and Payment
• Sessions are booked through the Site and payment is due at the time of booking.
• Current session pricing is posted on the Site and is subject to change with reasonable notice; the price in effect at the time of your booking applies to that session.
• Before your first session, you must sign our Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims. We may decline to provide Training until a signed waiver is on file.
• The exact address of our home training studio is provided to clients only after a session is confirmed.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking a session, you agree to that policy.

5. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Because Training takes place at a private home, a session may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, power outage, illness, or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control. In that case, neither party will be charged a cancellation fee for that session, and we will work together to find a new time.

6. Code of Conduct
You agree to: follow Trainer's instructions during sessions; wear appropriate athletic attire; disclose any injury, medical condition, or change in health status before each session; and treat Trainer, Trainer's household, and the Training Location with respect. Weapons, firearms, illegal substances, and attending a session while under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to, or end a session early with, any client whose conduct we reasonably believe creates a safety risk or is abusive, harassing, or disruptive, without obligation to refund that session.

7. Merchandise
Items sold through our Shop are described and pictured as accurately as possible; actual color and fit may vary slightly. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Billing Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first through the Contact Us page so we can try to resolve it directly, before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including our name, logo, training methodology, photos, and video, is owned by Fight Lifestyle Kickboxing or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent. Use of client photo or video in our marketing is governed separately by the Media and Content Release in our Waiver.

10. Third-Party Platforms
The Site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability
Personal-injury claims arising from Training are governed exclusively by our signed Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims. For any other claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of merchandise, our total liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the applicable service or product.

12. General Provisions
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your booking or purchase applies, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of our business.
Severability; Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Waiver, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and our services.

13. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are subject to the arbitration provision set out in our Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims.
