WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST SESSION?

Wear comfortable athletic gear that allows for full range of motion. Cross-training shoes or going barefoot is recommended for our mats. Don't forget a water bottle.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR TOTAL BEGINNERS?

Absolutely. Our private coaching structure is designed to take you from day one basics to advanced striking at your own pace. No previous martial arts experience is required.

DO I NEED MY OWN GLOVES AND HANDWRAPS?

For your trial session, we can provide loaner gloves. However, for hygiene and performance, after you join, students are expected to have their own hand wraps and 16oz kickboxing gloves.

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?

Standard sessions last for 60 minutes, including a dynamic warm-up, technical pad work, and cool-down. We can also accommodate 90-minute blocks for advanced technical drills.
