THE TRAINING SPACES
1. Garage Training Space (Fight Lifestyle)
You’ll train in a private, purpose-built space with a few different zones to work in. Inside the garage, there are two heavy bags and a full setup of pads, gloves, and strength tools — you can train with shoes on or off here.

2. Concrete Training Space (Fight Lifestyle)
Just outside, there’s a concrete area that’s great for footwork and conditioning (shoes on), with a public playground across the street if you bring kids.

3. Grass Training Space (Fight Lifestyle)
We also use a grass area for movement and agility work (shoes on), next to a small private playground so your kids can stay busy while you train.

NOT SURE WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Kickboxing blends striking with kicks, footwork, and defense — a full-body discipline with more variety. Boxing is hands-only, built around technical precision and constant conditioning. Both are taught one-on-one, tailored to your goals, whether that's self-defense, cardio, or competition-level skill.
